RT32 pipe making machine could produce steel pipes in small sizes. Round pipe range to be 10mm to 40mm in thickness 0.5mm to 1.8mm, while square pipe from 8x8mm to 30x30mm in thickness 0.5mm to 1.4mm. Speed of this pipe line could be 30m/min to 100m/min with standard equipment. But the speed could be higher to 130m/min, normally for making large quantities low yield strength galvanized steel tubes.

The whole tube mill line includes uncoiler, accumulator, forming mill, HF welding, sizing mill, cutting, run out table and etc.




Details:

1.Uncoiler



Usage of uncoiler in the pipe mill line is to open the steel coil and offer steel strips for later process. For RT32 pipe mill, normal equipment is double side uncoiler with manual expand.




2.Accumulator






Usage of accumulator in the pipe welding line is to storage material for later forming. There are two types accumulator: vertical accumulator and horizontal accumulator. Normal equipment is vertical accumulator.




3.Forming



When the steel strips enter the forming mill, they will form to round step by step with the forming roller.




4.Welding



The pipe making line is equipped with high frequency welding. RT32 tube mill is equipped with 150kw.




5.Sizing






Sizing mill could making the front formed and welded pipes to needed shapes, no matter round , square or rectangle.




6.Cutting



The cutting saw is computer controlled track cutting saw. The cutting length of the pipe is adjustable.




7.Run out table



It is welded frame structure equipped with sizing signal system.
